Hello, the grace period after services are disconnected is 90 days. During that period, you will receive three notifications advising of the official disconnect date. After 90 days, the email account status is changed to deleted and is no longer accessible. There is no option to restore the email address once it is deleted. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
