error (0x800CCC0E): Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders ** Resolved **

Still getting this error today (12/15). Any idea when the residential Cox email issue(s) will be resolved? Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for r*******r@cox.net.' reported error (0x800CCC0E)...

    Hi @Chrisbkritter9825

    I know how important it is for you to have access to your email. All outages are cleared at this time. Are you able to use the repair tool to try and repair the mailbox? Please also try to re-add your password in your outlook settings.
