Extremely bad service
My whole neighborhood was without Internet for four days I called and they gave me a $44 credit which is insulting. My Internet goes out 15 times a year. My wife works from home. We lost $480 in income just this time and they give a $44 credit. I know it’s prorated but that’s insulting. This will be my last week with Cox. I’d rather go to DIRECTV with satellite and coax cable. At least I can watch my DVR when I lose service. Super disappointed.
