In speaking to the customers I have noticed that a lot of our service areas are ongoing multiplied day maintenance. This tells me that we are, as you have suggested making changes upgrading, and as you stated improving our infrastructure. We just ask for patience while we get the work that is requested of us done. Unfortunately, it does take time but we will definitely get it done.

What is the acceptable amount of time to wait for Cox to upgrade our infrastructure when we are dealing with unacceptable deterioration of service? One month? Two? Half a year?
