Your printer won't connect to the router or your device can't connect to the printer?
What's the gateway...Panoramic?
It cannot see the 5ghz, only the 2.4. The error message doesn't make sense, since the printer only has 2,4 ghz,

I think the coder for the setup program was just using a process-of-elimination. The printer assumes you have a wireless network but can't detect 2.4 GHz...so what other frequency would be left? 5 GHz.
If the Panoramic no longer allows you to have 2 separate wireless networks, the Panoramic is doing you no good. Get rid of it.

The COX app does give you the option of choosing 2 separate wireless networks but warns against doing so. As you go further it warns you again that you could mess things up so I backed off from doing so. I'm calling cox tommorrow because I want two separate networks.

Have you tried rebooting the modem/router to see if that helps?

I allowed the router to do the sorting but I'd reconnect the connection on the devices and check the settings make sure when u set it up your allowing the connection set up on your computer allows it to choose between the 2 as well *I use mine mainly on PS4 but should be the same I'm imagine when you set up the connection on your PC. Then I'd start checking from there to see if other issues.

Makes no sense to me either and I've forgotten what the error message explicitly said but it does come back with a message that it does not see 2.4. I have a security camera that also needs 2.4 and it connected successfully and a Dell desktop that connected to 5 so both are available.
