your trace looks kinda like mine, just before you get to the first zayo, you encounter langbprj01-ae1.rd.la.cox.net, (Louisiana?) then things go downhill from there, my connection should be going from southern california to Seattle area, but for some reason my trace shows it goes to that address before coming back to a zayo in los angles or san jose, then onto seattle.
where yours looks like it comes back to lax, then dfw, then iad, and onto your final destination, that seems crazy like mine.
send a trace to the help email and ask them check it out, and what is up with langbprj01-ae1.rd.la.cox.net
