Horrible Packet Loss

@Dboe, Your modem is reporting a lot of time out errors at this time. Are there any splitters or signal amps on the cable line going to the modem? -Allan -Cox Support Forums Moderator

0 splitters and signal amps.  It's a straight line from the tap.  Getting tons of T3 timeouts and several T4 errors.
