Intermittent Connectivity

Last night(3/30/2023) around 9PM MST I suffered a sudden loss of connection to the internet. There was no outage(and hasn't been since) but I ended up power cycling and was able to get connected to the network, but without internet... kind of. I was able to use websites like youtube and twitch, but I wasn't able to connect to Discord or Steam.

At some point I was unable to use the internet again and my browser started redirecting me to routerlogin.com which I thought was kind of sketchy at first but after doing a little research I ended up just filling out the form on the webpage there and my internet turned back on. Then my issues truly began.

After around an hour and a half to two hours I lost connection again. It came back pretty quick, but It was like 4am at this point so I frustratingly went to sleep.

When I woke up I decided to check the event logs on my modem, a Netgear C7000v2 - Nighthawk AC19000, to see what happened while I slept. I saw that from the time I went to sleep to the time I woke up, I received a T3/T4 error on an interval of somewhere between 1-2 hours, causing my modem to quickly reset and briefly knock me off the internet.

It's been happening all day pretty consistently.

Here are some of the errors I've gotten since my modem last reset:

2023-3-31, 21:54:33 Critical (3) UCD invalid or channel unusable;
2023-3-31, 21:54:32 Critical (3) Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out;
2023-3-31, 21:54:32 Critical (3) UCD invalid or channel unusable;
2023-3-31, 21:54:32 Warning (5) MDD message timeout;
2023-3-31, 20:58:14 Critical (3) UCD invalid or channel unusable;
2023-3-31, 20:58:12 Critical (3) Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;
2023-3-31, 20:57:40 Critical (3) UCD invalid or channel unusable;
2023-3-31, 20:57:39 Warning (5) Unicast DSID PSN startup error

And here is some additional information about my channels.

I've seen a couple of posts of people with similar issues related to mine(In the same areas even) I'm currently located in Arizona in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Was just seeing if anyone had any insight on the root of the issue before I go fumbling around with tech support.

If you require any additional information to make a judgement, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

    There are known outages in Glendale AZ. Probably related to N+0 upgrades or upstream OFDM channels. I would check if your neighbors are effected.
