Internet and rain

   I am having trouble with my internet I have the 500 GB and every time it rains or the wind blows a little my internet goes crazy. This problem has been going on for years now. I have upgraded as far as I can and it does not help. last time they came out and looked at it they said it was the cracked insulation on the main line. All this time and they still have not fixed it.
