Duplicate Channels
When I add a channel to my Favorites list, it shows up multiple times in the guide. For instance, ESPN shows up as channel 1025 and 1300. What can I do so that a channel only shows up one time within...

This isn't an exhaustive list, but here are some that show up multiple times on the guide:
Starz Encore Action (507, 1507)
Starz Encore Westerns (511, 1511)
FXM (533, 1533)
PBS (1011, 1086)
ESPN (1025, 1300)
ESPN2 (1026, 1301)
A&E (1028, 1102)
TNT (1029, 1103)
USA (1034, 1101)
FXHD (1035, 1108)
Freeform (1037, 1253)
Syfy (1045, 1111)
TBS (1047, 1104)
AMC (1048, 1105)
Again, that's not all of them, just some examples. I would say more than 50% show up twice.
