Internet constantly up then down

I can see I am not alone here when I say my internet connection constantly goes up and down. It's been going on for weeks and recently I saw a Cox truck in my neighborhood. Shortly after, for at least a few days, it appeared to have been fixed.

Today, it's nearly impossible to stream anything. Would you please replace the equipment in my neighborhood? I really don't want to switch providers.
