Would like to know why such the fluctuation with data information.  My son and I have been really trying to understand where the information is coming from. My "Other" data went from 8% last statemen...

    Your frustrations are valid and we want to be as transparent as possible.  Please note the the usage meter has been certified and tested for accuracy by Cox and Netforecast, an independent third party.

    The other category includes activities that make up a relatively small portion of your overall usage.  This also includes unrecognized traffic or activity that cannot be categorized.  

    There are many things that can cause the Date usage to jump.
