Hi Sjo102784, I'm not seeing any packet loss to your modem. Are you able to provide traceroute results to specific sites or game servers? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Specifically I'm seeing packet loss at:

100.127.73.4
100.120.100.0
68.1.4.252
72.215.224.173
216.239.40.168
216.239.50.169

on the way to 8.8.8.8
