Internet keeps disconnecting randomly all day

Hello, Hoping someone can help with figuring out what is happening.  My internet drops randomly throughout the day and it is affecting my work now since I get disconnected during conference calls. ...

    I have not had any response back from cox.help@cox.com

    My signal levels have since jumped up and still getting disconnections
