Internet Outage since Monday
Since Monday our internet has been out about 90% of time. Constantly getting unplanned outage notification with no ETA for when the service will be resorted. Reaching out to COX goes nowhere and they refuse to indicate the cause or repair time. Answers like sorry we are in Arizona and we have no idea what is going on in Alexandria, VA. Just a polite answer to subscribe to notification and our staff is working to restore service. Its a loop with customer service. I work from home and I had to take personal PTO to cover four days. You can at least be honest about the issue. So much for customer loyalty
