Internet Outage

I have been paying more than $200$ per month for Wi-Fi that has been on and off every day for the past three weeks and off consecutively for the past three nights. I’m getting frustrated when I receive text messages every day saying there’s an outage. Yesterday, there was an outage three different times. What the heck is going on?

    YES!!! I have been experiencing the same issue!!! my Internet goes in and out several times a day and it's extremely frustrating!!!! I work from home with a Mac that's hardwired and it's hard to get any work completed because it's constantly being interrupted! sometimes the app shows there's an outage in my area, after it resolved I continue to have issues with it on and off. Last night my Internet went down approximately every 15 minutes and it would stay down for 3 to 5 minutes. and when it does work my speed is less than 10 MB. I have reset the modem, checked all the connections, changed my password, tried different cables and nothing has worked!
