I'd love to get Gigablast service. It states that its in Las Vegas already but I can't find out even were I could get it. I've contacted customer support and they don't have a clue either. They just tell me to check the address, which of course says no, but I'd like to know even if I could get it someplace if I were to move.
There's isn't any information on rollout other than "We're brining it to XYZ city" and thats it. No maps, no area rollout plan, nothing. At this rate I'm thinking I'd get Google Fiber before Gigablast is available to the greater population in my area.
Also I can't seem to find any zip code or address in Las Vegas that can get it even though its advertised as available in some areas.
I know I can't expect something just because I asked and I know I'll live with the current plan I have for my home now just fine. Just wish there was a lot more transparency between the consumer and Cox.
Again, I know these things can take time to roll out and its not just flipping a switch. But there seems to be plenty of ads about Gigablast available in Las Vegas but nothing about where its available and when areas can expect to see it. Super annoying.
