Introducing Cox Gigablast

First, they don't plan everything out ahead of time. Second, exact roll out schedules are proprietary to help against competition. Third, the people that plan the roll out are engineers. No one here, or almost anywhere you can talk to, are engineers. Representatives only know what they hear on the grape vine and even then they are reluctant to tell what they hear because they don't know if it's accurate and don't want to set a precedence for giving out that info. Heck, I know people that work high up for Cox and even THEY don't know the exact schedules. I am in RI and the closest I could get was sometime this year.
