This post started in October 2014, now it's April 2016.
I've been checking this site EVERY MONTH since the commercials for Cox Gigablast have aired, more than 2 year ago, but I've quit waiting for "Gigablast" as it seems that Cox's priorities aren't with it's customer base, but with screwing up our internet/tv/phone packages. Constantly hearing about a product that is available in markets that will never mirror our own..........
I've been with Cox's abysmally HORRID service for over 21 YEARS, LONGER THAN MOST OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS HAVE BEEN WITH THEM.
