So after many months of waiting I finally got the Cox Gigablast installed yesterday. Right before the tech left, he connected via the provided router and was able to hit around 900up/900down. However, since he left I have not being able to achieve that speed, most of the time I can hit around 400-500 down/up, and rarely I see around 700. Should I call in about this? Can you provide us with a more realistic view of the average speed that we can/should expect? Since Cox advertise 1000 up/down, I can live with any where around 800-900 on average I think, if that's what Cox is going for. Thanks.
BTW, all the speed test are done via cat5e and cat6 ethernet.
