Introducing Cox Gigablast

Directly out of the ONT is about 500-600, I believe it has been getting worst since yesterday. At one time I was able to get 800up/900down, I think that was actually the highest I ever saw after the tech left. I'm using all the equipment provided by Cox. Thanks for the help, new to the fiber stuff so I'm not exactly sure what to expect. With my previous service tier I was always able to get 100% of the promised speed from Cox. Called tech support and surprisingly they actually wanted the speedtest while connecting to the router. Unfortunately I'm not home so they can't continue with their troubleshoot, even though they can see the download and upload from earlier at 800down/200up. Oh well, it's good that the tech support is 24/7.
