Even though they should be symmetric, but Cox said they don't see any issues (signal wise on their end) and I'm too lazy to try to figure out why.
Same here, upload is always faster than down load, my Xbox One download should be 900/900 but its like 130/400. It has a gigabit nic in it, same with my MacPro it has gigabit nic, but 600/500.
