I have been having nonstop issues since changing to your giga blast.. first off it was never installed.. its been months.. i was told 3 weeks tops. My internet is running at 27mbs now, was 53mbs before this change.. my tv channels freeze.. my cameras no longer work. I have called, had you all out.. no one can fix this.. i can no longer arm or disarm the alarm when away from the house.. your service has very much so declined in quality and I'm locked in because this *** gigablast garbage. I need everything working asap.
Please have a tech come to the house, for the calls i continue to make are just band aids for a few hours fix.
I was told i would be getting 150mbps while i wait the 3 weeks for install.. its been 3 months.. my bill is insane.. but your all getting paid why would you care about the level of crappy service you continue to provide to my house hold..
