When I asked if they could find out why they said to call some support number for gigablast they are only open during the week I keep forgetting to call.
I also wonder about this. It just got to me in Arizona and it says I need 3.1 modem, upload 35. I ordered before I saw this, being installed Saturday, and honestly I'm not sure it's worth it. Upload speed is more important to me. I almost feel like canceling it. I would like an explanation why? Thanks.
Edit: Yep, cancelled. I already get 30 up. 35 is worthless.
