COX Internet is starting to offer Gigabit Internet in Rogers, AR #gigablast and charging $119 for the service which is $30 higher than the next lowest package #ultimate, but they do not have the infrastructure built out to support the Gigabit speeds. I recently upgraded on Dec 7th to the #GigaBlast internet package and I am still getting the previous speeds. They have no problem charging more the service and not providing any additional internet speed for the money. I have reached out to them numerous times and they have sent 4 different COX technicians to my house and each of them telling me that there is nothing they can do, that they would have to escalate to a field engineer. It has been 3 weeks and I still paying for a service that COX cannot provide.
