Yikes, validated with support that my modem pulled gigablast config. Speeds are far worse than my ultimate package. I've done multiple tests and can't break the 250mb down barrier. I'm a network engineer and can't seem to get anyone on the gigablast support line to care. On 2 different calls into support, I was told, well I don't know what to tell you. Then the second call lasted for 3 mins and they dispatched a tech. The signal needs tuning. So my GIG life isn't working out so well. Below is the connection data from my modem , i'm open to any suggestions. I want to stay with Cox but our area just got fiber to the curb.
