Did they specify your contract was subject to a promotional price, or was the increase out of the blue like mine was? I have disputed the increased charge with my bank and reported Cox to the BBB (as well as leaving a handful of negative reviews across several review sites). Others should be aware of these fraudulent practices. I called Cox to ask for a copy of my bill showing that my contract price as a promotional price, and they were unable to do so.
