Large outage Louisiana
The internet went out at 3pm today in Kenner LA. Next update said 744pm. Now it says 11:44pm. One update even said 730am the next day. Does anybody know what happened? Must have been so...

Technicians are working at the moment to repair the outage in your neighborhood. The estimated time of repair is approximately 1:55 AM. Because the outage is so large this time may be extended as we move closer to a resolution. There is no additional information on the outage at this time. When you say the outage is large, do you mean city size outage or region wide?

The outage area covers 1300-1500 W Esplanade Ave and some of Pheonix St.

Cox Support Forums ModeratorDo you know why it was out until over 8am the next day? If a boom truck operator was in my area they would tell me. Support never gets the ticket reason most of the time.
