Messed up billing
I received an e-mail from Cox saying my bill is due tomorrow
My records and Cox website show that I have already paid.
Why should I have to waste my time chasing this down?
Not the first billing issue; I have had to visit the store before to get things straigtened out.
There should be a way to e-mail Cox on this, but I can't find one.
