Literally have not had internet for 2 days. Cannot get any help or support. The person I get when I call and working chat are absolutely unable to help and must be outsourced. No eta and was offered a 3 dollar refund for my trouble. A joke. I just went online and set up an account with glofiber. After 18 years, I am done with Cox. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. There is a network error or outage and they have no idea when it will be resolved. They had the nerve in the middle of my third call for support to try and sell me on their mobile service. Highly inappropriate and honestly I just laughed. The final straw.
