New forums stink
Tired of seeing this time after time. Doesn't stay logged in, and every time I HAVE to login, I have to clear cached files and cookies!!! Error trying to access login page!

Yes, I had to do so just before logging in just now.
I don't get an error, but if you want to troubleshoot, maybe we can figure it out.

- Do you get the same HTTP Status 401 error as your original post?
- Does it happen when you load the website or just when you "Sign In"?
- Does it happen every time? If not, have you noticed any pattern?
- Do you have other browser tabs open when you load this website?
- What browser do you normally use? Does it happen with other browsers?

I will be signed in, come back to my computer to find it signed out, no other browsing, simply an hour passed, and I click on the sign in on the top right and get the error.
BTW, I am a network engineer, CNE and MCSE, (as well as A+, Network+ and Security+), I really DO know what I am doing. this is an error with the site/software. I tested it with my other computer with same results.
You really DON'T have to keep posting your resume. I was just trying to help.
BTW, I'm using the same site/software and never have to clear cookies and cache.

It might also be helpful to know if you are using any browser extensions in either Opera or Chrome, and if there is any overlap in the browser extensions. I was having some trouble in Chrome until I turned off extensions, meanwhile I had no problems when I tested in Edge, which had no extensions installed.
