Probably just a clumsy choice of words from an inexperienced employee.
It isn't Cox "does not" support IPv6 but are still in the development stages of their IPv6 Migration Program. You may already be dual-stacked.
Someone posted a link to verify all your assigned addresses (IPv4 & IPv6), but I didn't save it. It should be searchable.

Thanks everyone!
I was able to get it going on my Cisco ASA. The only way to get it is via DHCP-PD. I wish I could get a static one.
