Noisy node issues - Speed drops until reset

Hello,

I've had 3 truck rolls in the last 3 months. Each time the tech conceded that the issue was a noisy node(noise floor too high). About twice a day, my speed will drop to 5Mbs until I reset my modem. I'm paying for Gigiblast.

What can I do to get a node split or to fix this noisy node? This has gone on for far too long.
