Panoramic Gateway - Bridge Mode

I need to use Bridge Mode so that I can set up a Site-to-site VPN with my work through a security gateway.  Will I be able to connect my 4 cable receivers to the new wireless mesh network instead of the default wifi that is built into the Panoramic router?

The network needs to look like this:

Cox (Bridge Mode) ---------- Unifi Security Gateway --------- 8 Port switch ---------- Mesh WiFi

The Unifi Security Gateway needs to have the WAN IP address assigned to it, it can't have a LAN IP assigned to it by the Panoramic router.

In the documentation it says that Bridge Mode is not compatible with IPTV.  Two of my cable receivers are connected by COAX and two are wireless.  Is it not possible to just connect them to the new WiFi?
