panoramic wifi and "CoxWifi" network questions

We were recently sent the Panoramic Wifi system to replace our old modem. We have it set up in bridge mode, to work with our pre-existing mesh wifi system. We were told that when in bridge mode the system disables wifi and basically becomes a "standard modem"--however, to all appearances the wifi is still active, and the tower still seems to be emitting a signal.

Under networks a network always shows up which is called "CoxWifi" which it appears can be accessed by anyone who logs in to our network. How do we disable "CoxWifi"? Is there a way to actually totally turn the wifi off in this Panoramic system, so that it no longer transmits a signal at all?
