Hello, I can understand the frustration. As it would appear to something very simple to install yourself. The issue more than likely is that the address in our system. Does not qualify you to perform the self-install, and wants it to be installed by a tech. As Mike stated, it would be best to contact sales directly. I work during the day so I don't have time to call the stupid sales team. I chatted with sales and they were no help. The tech team was no help either. Is the item shipping to me or not? Jesus what a stupid way to do business. I'd go with some other company but sadly I'm in an area where your company is the monopoly. So frustrating!
