Pod problems
The pods disconnect all the time and must be reset. Everyone knows this.
When we start a new thread, Cox autobots (human or not) recite the same reset instructions and then lock the thread.

Hello KayRock, sorry to hear that concerns appear to remain. There was a known issue that has since been corrected. If concerns remain regarding your pods. Please try resetting them once more by unplugging them from power and plugging them back in and reboot the modem. If the connections do not improve?
