Poor service area coverage, outages too often

Ok, Cox....what gives???  I mean, you tear up our yard installing "better lines" for your service.  You tear up our entire area in order to install "better lines" for internet service (Dawn Hill Siloam Springs, AR).  Well, your new and better lines are HORRIBLE.  I work from home and we have children that are doing virtual school these days.  How about figure out why you can't seem to keep our area up and running during these already trying times!!!  I am constantly receiving texts of "area outages".  We pay a FORTUNE every month and am actively looking for new tv/internet services.

Get it together, Girl.  This isn't a good look for you.
