I too would be concerned if I received this email. I'm here to help. You are able to review the email, as you do look for any misspelled words. Check the header and see if the sending email says it is from Cox but the email itself may not be a Cox email. You can also definitely get assistance with this. Please reach us on Twitter at @CoxHelp, visit us on Facebook, or email us at cox.help@cox.com. Provide us the name on the account with the complete service address with a link to this thread so we can get started.
