Sending Traceroute

I am having issues with a website not showing up in a browser that maybe blocked by COX's Firewall. Who can I send this Traceroute to in order for me to fix the issue:

  • That traceroute looks to be working just fine. I was able to pull that web page up, but it doesn't look like a legitimate site to me. It looks very spamish to me and is just full of links/advertisements to random things. If you are running any type of browser protection/antivirus/anti-malware software, it may be working as intended and blocking this site from coming up.
