Just so you know, the router you're monitoring isn't the last hop. It is very common for the middle hops to drop icmp (ping) packets. This is a form of ddos mitigation and resource protection. As long as you aren't losing packets on the last hop the rest doesn't really matter.

No problem, right with you with the problems. Already going the FCC route myself. I got contacted the next day by the escalation department from cox and they sent someone next day but they didn't fix the issue. This was my internet last night at 6pm on the last hop.

The FCC served my complaint two days ago, still haven't received a call yet.
