They keep extending down time.

We here at Park Villas apartments in Glendale,AZ were told(I have screenshots for proof) that we’d be up by 11:17a.m. Yet now they have extended it to after 3:30 p.m. We had them lower our monthly from $170.00 to $150.00 & that is still far too much to pay for service that is down most of the time now. Stop turning off replies to my posts Cox! Let people reply & tell what they are dealing with.

   You keep auto replying with bs replies then tuning them off, proving that you’ve become nothing but a scamming monopoly who needs to be taken down. If you don’t k ow what you’re doing, why are you still running an internet provider? I have talked to your employees who say it’s like a guessing game & that you’re lucky it ever works. How about telling the truth for once to your paying customers?!?
