Unreliable

Having to tether again to Verizon to do work.

This is no way to run a busimess in 2022 Cox!

    Do you subscribe to Cox?  If so, how do you tether to Verizon?  Are you switching providers?

      Cox Internet has been flaking out since last evening @06450 - whole area  Cox keeps pushing back the time to fix.  I've never seen Verizon down - never mind for 16 hours straight.

        Okay.  Nothing wrong with your equipment.  Cox fumbling with an outage in your zip for 16+ hours.  Does Verizon offer residential service in your zip?  "Never down" seems like a no-brainer.
