Upgrade provides no speed increase

I upgraded our service today from basic to the next level, 100Mbps Go Fast. I presume it is activated because the service went down for a while. However my speed tests show barely a 5MB speed increase. Do I need to allow more time for it to activate?

    Are you testing on WiFi, (not accurate), or testing on a computer connected via ethernet?
