Looking at your previous posts, you have been having this issue for a while. You have had a technician out but the problem returns. Can you post your signal levels now? Are other people in your apartment complex also having problems, specially with upload?
As for your speed, if you are only getting 300, have you considered downgrading to 500Mbps, at least until they can fix the problem? May safe you some money if you aren't getting the speed anyway.

im really thinking about suing cox if my girl loses her job over this nonsense that always seems to happen. we always have packet loss, it just gets worse sometimes. its been *** for years.
i always get told by techs its an outside issue. the ones who ** me tell me its my modem, and i just replaced it today at the cox store so I know that is **.
to my knowledge they have never replaced the local box hookup where the main tap goes.
gotta love monopolies.

I think it would help if you communicated with your neighbors through Facebook or Nextdoor or even in person. See if they are having the same problems. If so, then that saves you from having to troubleshoot your wiring. If not, can you explain how the coaxial gets from the street to the room the modem is in? Does your apartment have a room where all the coaxial come together?

there is a junction box attached to the apartment building where all the connections go. its cox equipment. the techs who come out just swap you to another port on it or something and tell you they fixed it. but im very much in the know that its just them being deceptive and not wanting to spend money to replace aged equipment. ive had techs come out here admit to a) some techs just lie b) some techs are too lazy to even look c) something is broken and nothing will get done about it so just accept it
