It's not just Phoenix. Having trouble in San Diego as well. They seem to be having issues with their webmail servers...again...
idm.east, idm.west, myemail.cox, webmail.cox, they all either fail, or hang.
There was a known issue access webmail in California 5/22/23 and the issue has been resolved.

When will Arizona be fixed? Right now in the Phoenix area Cox is trying to get all customers to install new equipment and an indoor (in your house) box of some sort for your digital landline PHONE. Very pushy and threatening! Just another reason why fixing WebMail is a low priority.
PLEASE FIX WEBMAIL IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA!
Oh and what does 5/22/23 mean?
- CarolLM7 years agoFormer ModeratorHi, Cox is updating our network by removing outdated Circuit Switch technology that will cease to be manufactured in the future and is replacing it with up to date Packet Switch technology. Cox Digital Telephone customers can also visit www.cox.com/updatemyphone for more information. -Thanks, Carol

Don't bother visiting the web page about "updatemyphone". When they get to your area to make the switch, you'll get aggressive and threatening e-mails and letters in the mail. I keep getting "Last Chance" communications saying that a Cox Rep must come into your home to complete "upgrade". They tell you that very soon you will not be able to send and receive telephone calls. Also the upgrade makes more chargeable options available to raise your already extremely high monthly bill even higher.
That's why the ignore the free WebMail problems.

It's still painfully slow to access sometimes, but it is working now.
