Who can I email feedback to regarding poor quality service from online chat? Also, why is it so hard to locate a customer service phone number?

...and this post is an hour old and has 50 views. Probably mostly moderators, but the count seems legit.
50 moderators view? Unless there are a ton that look and don't post I can't see that number being higher then 10. I think it has more to do with search bots used by search engines.
Well, "moderator' was a loose term. I was also thinking employees, phone reps, leadership trying to keep a feel of the pulse of what's happening on the Cox domain.
The Forum, facespace, twatter...to see what's going on out there. Maybe it's just me.
You really think phone reps watch these forums? I would be pleasantly surprised if they did. Wouldn't they need to create a account for the system to register the view?
Most phone reps don't even know these forums exist.
twatter is like the Wild West of virtual customer support.
