Why can't I get any help with my upload speeds?

I have contacted customer service several times and still no one has come out and service the node on my poll.... I have been getting speed test results like the one attached for over two months now....

After posting this yesterday now for some reason my upload and download for that matter is right.... Go figure.....

        I'm really glad to see you have an appointment scheduled. I can only imagine how frustrating this has been.
