Why is it that you all will not answer anyone's question directly on here? It's totally pointless to have a support forum. If your gonna post vague answers that pretty much say let's private message for answers.

    I guess that falls right in line with billing. I've paid 4 months of service. For 3 months of actual service. And I owe for 2 months now. You should really make it more clear that charges are biweekly and not monthly.
