Wifi Extender options for Gigablast Panoramic Modem

Hello,

I got the Panoramic modem and my place has three levels.  Cox support recommended I buy the PODS but they are not in stock now.  Is there another option for Wifi Extenders that works with the Gigablast Panoramic modem that I can get from Amazon or Best Buy.
